Volunteer Drivers Program

This program provides transportation to medical appointments for anyone age 60 or over who lives in their own home and is unable to get to their appointments on their own. Persons with disabilities may use this program when a Dr. verifies the disability.  

Volunteers, using their own vehicles, pick up participants at their home, take them to their appointments and return them to their home. The drivers are reimbursed for their mileage, however, they donate their time.

Bus Service

We operate a bus on a fixed schedule to Eau Claire and La Crosse, providing transportation for the elderly and persons with physical disabilities.

Anyone age 60 or over, or anyone with a physical disability may use this bus for medical appointments, visiting, shopping, or for many other purposes.

The service is provided on a first-call basis, however, individuals with medical appointments will be given priority.

A minimum co-payment of $4.00 is required.
