Ashley for the Arts Weekend With the volume of camping experienced during the Ashley for the Arts Event, Pietrek Park has slightly increased the event weekend camping rates to offset the additional costs associated with extra staff and infrastructure needs at the park.

Shelters

All shelter reservation require a deposit. The deposit will cover any clean up that must be done after the event. If you take care of the cleanup and leave the facility in good condition the deposit will be returned. ALL DAMAGES will be charged at the cost of repairs. Music must stop at 11:00 PM. All parties must be out by midnight.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy

50% fee if cancelled 2 weeks prior to reservation date.
No refunds if cancelled less than 2 weeks to reservation date.
$5.00 charge for date changes.
