Attend Free Workshop in Whitehall

Put life back in your life by participating in a Healthy Living with Diabetes workshop! If you or someone you care about has type 2 diabetes or prediabetes, this workshop can help you take charge of your life and be back in control.

You'll get the support you need, find practical ways to discover better nutrition and exercise choices, deal with stress, understand medication usage and foot care and learn better ways to talk with your health care professional.

The workshop will be held:
Each Monday, March 6 to April 10
1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Trempealeau County Courthouse
36245 Main Street, Whitehall
Participants are welcome to bring a friend, relative or caregiver to the sessions.
