District Attorney
John Sacia

District Attorney John Sacia is a native of Trempealeau county. He has served his home county as a prosecutor since 2015. John studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning a bachelor's degree in legal studies and sociology. As an undergraduate, John was selected for membership in the Phi Beta Kappa honors society. After working overseas, John returned to Wisconsin to attend the University of Wisconsin Law School. He resides in Galesville with his wife, and their German Shepherd dog, Kiska.

Emmeline Lee

Emmeline Lee was born in Manhattan, New York. She earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Shih Chien University in Taiwan. She obtained her master's degree in Global Politics and Law from the University of Sheffield in England. Emmeline graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School and was honored as the 2017 Dane County Bar Association Pro Bono Publico Law Student of the Year. Prior to joining the District Attorney's Office, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk in Minnesota. Emmeline is proud to become a resident of Trempealeau County.
