The Life and Times monthly newspaper is published by Senior Services of Trempealeau County, together with private businesses, to provide helpful and timely information to the county's elderly.  It is distributed free of charge to every household in Trempealeau County.

Public Hearings are required annually for applicants of the Wisconsin Statue 85.21 grant so interested parties may be informed of the county's proposed plan for spending the aid.  Every three years, Senior Services is required to have a county plan and public hearing.
