We provide well balanced nutritious meals to seniors either at congregate meal sites or at home for those who are unable to get to the sites. Special diet meals are provided upon medical recommendation.

Any person age 60 or older, regardless of income, and a spouse of any age may participate in the program.

The program provides more than just a meal. The congregate sites provide an opportunity to enjoy a meal in a warm, family-like atmosphere. At these Senior Dining and Fellowship Sites, you will meet old friends and make new ones.

Home Delivered meals are available throughout Trempealeau County. Assessment is required for these meals.

A variety of well-balanced frozen meals are available upon request.

Shelf stable meals are available on request.

Liquid dietary supplements are available.

A combination of Federal, State, county, and participant contributions fund the nutrition program. Participants are given the opportunity to contribute towards the cost of each meal. Food Share are accepted.
