$l1.00 for the first page and $2.00 for each additional page per
document. NOTE: First page must have blank recording area in upper
right hand corner or else add cover page for an additional $2.00.
Termination of Decedent's Property Interest: $25.00
HT-110 forms are provided for this type of probate.
Copies of Recorded Documents
Uncertified Copies of the above documents are available for $2.00
for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page. An additional $1.00 is charged for a certified copy.
FILED PLATS
Subdivision Plats, Cemetery and condo plats $50.00
Transportation project plat (Tpp) $25.00, per page
