WISCONSIN WETLANDS INVENTORY MAPS
This series of maps is being prepared by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. The maps are intended to identify, as accurately as is practical, individual wetlands in the state at a scale of 1:24,000. Diazo paper copies of the maps can be ordered from the Wisconsin Geological and Natural History Survey (see address and telephone information below). Please include the following information in your order: county, township, range, and section numbers for the desired location.
A classification system brochure is included with all orders.
TOPOGRAPHIC MAPS
Topographic maps use contours to show relief; these maps also show surface features such as rivers, marshes, roads, trails and buildings.
Maps are available from the Map and Publication Sales Office.
The Index to Topographic Maps of Wisconsin shows the quadrangles currently available; it can be obtained free upon request from the Map and Publication Sales Office.
