conduct three Intake days a month.
We have set aside the 1st, 2nd, and Tuesday of each month unless
otherwise noted. |

P.M. Pleas and Sentencing hearings for defendants not requiring an interpreter
will be held on every intake.
(Defendants requiring an interpreter will only be scheduled on the last Intake

Upon a not guilty plea in forfeiture matters, the Court assigns a pretrial date, as well as a trial date, on Intake Day.
