                                INTAKE COURT:

Trempealeau County will now conduct three Intake days a month.   We have set aside the 1st, 3rd and 4th Tuesday of each month unless otherwise noted.
 
         8:30     A.M. (Municipal, County, State Patrol Forfeitures for defendants not requiring an interpreter-
                       16+ years old and Ordinance Violations  -17+ years old)

         9:00     A.M. (Criminal Intake, including traffic crimes for defendants not requiring an interpreter)

       10:00     A.M. Municipal, County, State Patrol Forfeitures for defendants requiring an interpreter -
                    16 + years old and Ordinance Violations - 17+ years old

        10:30    A.M. Criminal Intake, including traffic crimes for defendants requiring an interpreter

          1:30     P.M. Pleas and Sentencing hearings for defendants not requiring an interpreter will be held on every intake.
                     (Defendants requiring an interpreter will only be scheduled on the 3rd Intake Day at 2:30 p.m.)
