We welcome family members, caregivers, friends, service providers and other community members to inquire about information and assistance available for people who are elderly and adults age 18 and older with a physical, mental or developmental disability, alcohol and other drug addictions.

We provide free:

• Confidential, professional consultations

• Assistance planning and advocacy

• Connections to home care, meals, transportation, respite/caregiver support, housing and much more

The mission of Aging and Disability Resource Center of Trempealeau County is to provide useful information, assistance and education on long term care options while at all times supporting the rights, dignity and preferences of the individual.
