DOG LICENSES
The State of Wisconsin requires that owners purchase a license for their dog(s) each year. Licenses can be purchased January 1st – 31st from the Local Treasurer when you pay your real estate taxes, or during the entire year at the County Treasurer’s Office. If you are requesting a license in person or by mail, please provide the following information:

NOTE: *****Kennel licenses cannot be issued in the Town of Caledonia unless they receive a kennel permit from the Town Board.
