Requests for Civil Process/Paper Service can be made at the Sheriff’s Department between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday, or by mailing papers to:

We request that you forward two copies of the papers that you wished to have served. One copy will be served as requested and the second copy will be returned with the Affidavit of Service and Fee Statement. Civil Process fees are assessed as follows:

$30.00 per attempt (up to 3 attempts) + one time mileage fee

$15.00 per attempt for 2^nd paper served same address + one time mileage fee
( fee applies if second paper is able to be served at the same time as the first paper)
