Wisconsin Aging Network If you are on Medicaid (MA) and are using LogistiCare for transportation to your medical appointments,  but are having difficulty getting rides when you need them, there are two things you can do:
1.  Call the LogistiCare complaint line at 1-866-907-1494.
2.  Contact your state senator & state representative to let them know you are have had difficulty getting service from LogistiCare: 1-800-362-9472.
